The LGBT+ Charter of “l’Autre Cercle”

A l’initiative d’All Equals, le Groupe BPCE est signataire depuis 2024 ainsi que Caisse d’Epargne Haut de France, Banque Populaire du Nord de la charte LGBT+ de l’association l’Autre Cercle. Cette charte d’engagement en faveur d’un cadre professionnel inclusif.

Created in 2020, All Equals brings together more than 1,000 employees across the BPCE group, in Paris, New York, Boston, London, Porto and most of the Group’s locations.

A growing network

– Since its inception, All Equals has brought together an ever-growing number of members and allies across the group, with hubs in Paris, New York, Boston, London, and Porto.

– Regular events: All Equals organizes throughout the year conferences, afterworks, lunches, convivial outings, etc.

– Awareness actions: All Equals pays special attention to the fight against misconceptions through organized events, publications, and gatherings of all kinds.

– A recognized and credible partner within the BPCE Group: All Equals actively contributes to the Group’s reflections and actions for a more inclusive framework, working with all stakeholders, HR, management, elected officials, other networks, etc.

– A commitment externally: present at numerous events and trade shows, All Equals is a contact for key players such as Autre Cercle and Têtu Connect, and an active member of the LGBT For Finance and Proud at Work networks.

– Volunteer and motivated employees: created by a group of collaborators, All Equals is led by volunteers and welcomes all those who wish to contribute, or simply show their commitment to a truly inclusive company.
